Create Account.

Verify your email address with a CODE provided.
Follow the step by step account setup and CONFIRM.

The ETA team will require some time to verify your account.
We will open communication to confirm your viability as an ETA partner.

All our partners are fully vetted to ensure we have reliable, reputable transport partners.
ETA holds the right to refuse entry to the platform if you do not have the right credentials.

Once your account is approved you will have full access to the platform.
To access the Loadboard Select MENU.
Select Loadboard.

The loadboard will provide jobs currently available.

To place a bid, Select the dropdown arrow on the job.

This will open more information:

Enter your bid.

Please note you can only make one bid per job.
Your bid is not visible to any other transporter.
Only the sender will see your bid.
You have an option to enter further details to help promote your bid.

Please review your bid and CONFIRM.

Grab a coffee.
Bids are accepted at the discretion of the Sender.
You will be notified via email if your bid is accepted.
If accepted, it is your duty to fulfil the job.

To view Pending bids select MENU and then UPCOMING.

In this case we have 2 offers PENDING (2).
1 offer is ACCEPTED (1).

Select ACCEPTED (1) to view the job.

Select the job, and JOB DETAILS will be displayed.
Select JOB PROGRESS tab when you are ready to carry out the job.

JOB PROGRESS ( 4 stage Checklist )

Step 1. PICKUP

Complete with map location and directions.

Step 2. TRANSIT

Complete with map drop off location and directions.

Step 3. CONFIRM DELIVERY

Signature and Print Name.

Step 4. COMPLETE JOB select FINISH

All jobs must be finished and confirmed to get paid.

TIME TO GET PAID

Once your job is FINISHED and CONFIRMED, the sender will receive an automated POD. (Proof of Delivery)

The job will enter your history for your reference.

We will request an invoice for the amount you bid on the job.

Payment will be made INSTANTLY once the job is complete.
