How a campaign works

    Create a team

    The leader names the team and the campaign, and draws an area on the map for each person.

  2. 2

    Share the code

    Volunteers type the team code or scan the QR code. They only pick a nickname.

    Tap as you go

    One tap on a dot marks the address done. The whole team sees it turn green straight away.

Not every door opens on the first try. Mark what happened, so the next person knows what to do.

  • "My area" takes you straight to your part of the map.
  • During a shift you see teammates nearby, so two people don't walk the same street.
  • Works with a weak signal. Marks are sent when you're back online.
  • Tapped the wrong dot? Undo.
  • Export the results as a spreadsheet when the campaign ends.

Your team, not your data

  • No email, phone number or password.
  • Your position is shared only during a shift you start yourself, and only with your team.
  • The leader decides whether names and positions are visible to the team.
  • Maps and addresses come from OpenStreetMap. A missing address can be added in the app.

When can I download it?

Dropeta is being tested with a few teams right now. Join the waiting list and we'll email you as soon as it's ready.

Is it really free?

Yes. Dropeta is free for volunteer teams, churches and non-profits.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. For now Dropeta is for Android phones.

How many people can join a campaign?

During the test period there is no limit, so bring the whole team.

What happens if I get a new phone?

Install Dropeta on the new phone and choose "I had Dropeta on another phone". Your team leader approves it, and you keep your marks and role.
