How does it work?

Create an account through the ETA sender app. Enter your details, verify your email and you’re ready to create a booking. Follow the booking steps to the end and that’s your booking complete.

How will ETA benefit my business?

Our goal at ETA is to improve the transport managing, booking, service and the cost to your business. Our FREE to use platform can be the ultimate tool for all transport planning dispatchers. ETA will be your one stop detailed transport file for your business. With simple, safe, payment transactions direct to all your transport suppliers.

How do I confirm a booking?

ETA will notify you of an offer made on your booking. It will prompt you to enter the platform to view bids. The choice is yours regarding the selection of a suitable transporter to carry out your booking. Once selected you will be directed to a STRIPE secure payment terminal. Enter your credit card details (that STRIPE securely handle) to confirm the booking. You will receive a copy of the invoice from DropETA Ltd. Your payment will be held in escrow with STRIPE until the job is complete. Once the job is complete and signed for at the destination you will receive an electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) via email and your payment will go through.

Once you have registered with ETA. The platform is cloud based which means you can access it any place, any where, and any time. All you require is your user email and password and it can be accessed on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Giving you the opportunity to stay on top of your transport requirements with freedom and ease.

How does it work?

Create an account through the ETA transporter app. Enter your details, verify your email and you’re ready to open your transporter account. As a reliable reputable transporter you will be required to enter further details about you and your business. Once complete ETA will conduct a full vetting of your business. This may require an introductory phone call with some further questions. Once approved ETA will notify you to tell you that you have full access to the platform.

How will ETA benefit my business?

This platform will provide you with a lead generation tool that will identify jobs that are more suitable to your fleet’s location. In doing this it will make your fleet more efficient, give your drivers more productive driving hours, save your business time, reduce empty space in your vehicles, save on fuel, and reduce carbon emissions to name but a few.

How do I place a bid?

All current jobs on offer will be displayed in a transporters load board. At a glance you can identify suitable jobs, there pick up and drop off locations, vehicle requirements, collection and delivery dates. For further information on a specific job you can hit the drop down menu where the transporter will have the ability to make a bid. Please note, you will only get one opportunity to bid on each job. You will not see other bids. You will only be notified if your bid is successful. If you win a successful bid it is your duty to carry out that job.
